Bridgette brings extensive experience in business and human resource management to the role. In her new position, she will oversee daily office operations and human resources, ensuring the firm maintains a well-managed, efficient, and fully compliant workforce. By streamlining internal operations and administrative structure, Bridgette’s leadership empowers DSA’s design team to focus entirely on their core mission: delivering high-quality, innovative architectural solutions to clients.
