D|SA worked to expand this cultural icon on the Florida/Alabama state line after the old structure had been destroyed in Hurricane Ivan. The renovation included 900 sq ft of souvenir and retail space, several new bars and lounges, and a music studio for recording artists, complete with a Gulf view. The renovation was completed in 68 days.
