Lily Hall

A boutique hotel, restaurant and speakeasy, “Lily Hall” was inspired by significant events that happened in 1924 and 2004 in this historic Pensacola neighborhood. Mt. Olive Baptist Church endured a devastating fire and hurricane, and although the property was decimated, the structure was revived and brought back to life. Lilies, usually associated with rebirth and renewal, were a perfect symbol to reflect the church’s transformation. The Owners also wanted to honor Mt. Olive Baptist Church as an “assembly hall” and bring back the feeling of a shared gathering space.
