Outdoor Living Experience

This beautiful 1920’s estate home in historic North Hill Pensacola, was recently purchased and renovated with great care and detail by the Owner and East Hill Building and Design general contractors.  The Owner’s reached out to the DSA team to establish a vision for an outdoor porch, living space and pool.  Great care was taken in planning ideal layout for maximum benefit for outdoor living.  New fencing and landscaping were key to a successful project.
