This 1980 SF renovation to one of the oldest businesses in downtown Pensacola was a highlight for our team. The project eliminated the last remaining raised floor in the downtown core and careful attention to structural issues during construction led to a fun, inventive, new, contemporary look for an old business. Led by the Elebash family, the long time tenants, the Holler family worked tirelessly to ensure the original old woods were restored and reused throughout the space. Look carefully and you’ll find the old heart pine beams and oak flooring used as interior siding, banquet backs and table tops. Who’s ready for a hot dog?
